We love things with a history.

There is something special about timepieces that have actually lived a life before they make it onto our wrists. The faded bezels, the warm glow of aged tritium, the slight scratches on an acrylic crystal—that isn’t damage. That’s character.

I started Patina & Plexi because I spent way too much time hunting down vintage watches, digging through old forum threads, and trying to figure out what was actually worth buying. It can be a massive headache trying to separate the genuinely good finds from the frankenwatches, polished-to-death cases, and redials.

This site is my way of organizing the madness.
